2. Description of Service

FreeAIImageGenerator provides an AI-powered image generation platform that allows users to create images from text prompts using various AI models. Our service includes:

  • Text-to-image generation using AI models
  • Access to multiple AI image generation models
  • Image download and sharing capabilities
  • Subscription-based premium features

3. User Accounts

You may use our service without creating an account. However, to access certain features (such as image history and increased generation limits), you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Generate content depicting real individuals without consent
  • Attempt to exploit, hack, or otherwise interfere with our systems
  • Use automated tools to access our service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute our generated images in certain contexts

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you provide to our service, including text prompts.

Generated Images: You own the images you generate using our service. You may use them for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Restrictions: You may not use generated images in a way that:

  • Defames or harasses any person
  • Violates any third party's intellectual property rights
  • Promotes illegal activities

5a. AI Models and Third-Party Providers

Our service uses third-party AI model providers to generate images and video content. The primary AI model we use is:

  • AnimateAnyone - AI dance video generation from photos (Alibaba Cloud)

The performance and availability of our service may be affected by these third-party providers. We do not guarantee specific output quality from any AI model.

AI Output Disclaimer: AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or outdated information. Do not rely on AI-generated content for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Verify all outputs before taking action based on them.

5b. AI-Specific Prohibited Uses

In addition to the general prohibitions above, you agree NOT to:

  • Use our service's inputs, outputs, or model responses to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or develop any AI or machine learning model that competes directly or indirectly with our service or FreeAIImageGenerator products
  • Large-scale systematic scraping or collecting of model outputs for purposes beyond your personal authorized use
  • Represent AI-generated content as human-created work from professionals (such as licensed doctors, lawyers, or financial advisors) in contexts where it could cause harm
  • Generate deepfakes or impersonate real individuals without their explicit consent

6. Subscriptions and Billing

We offer subscription plans for access to our AI video generation service. When you purchase a subscription, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Provide accurate billing information

Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans (such as Starter Plan with 200 credits/month for $10, Pro Plan with 400 credits/month for $20, or Enterprise Plan with 800 credits/month for $40). All payments are processed securely through Waffo Pancake, our designated Merchant of Record and PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

Usage: Each video generation consumes one or more credits based on the model and settings used. Unused credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscription purchases, provided usage has not exceeded 50% of the allocated credits. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

7. Auto-Renewal and Subscription Management

All subscription plans operate on an auto-renewal basis. When you purchase a subscription:

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period for the next cycle
  • You expressly authorize Waffo Pancake to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled

Canceling: To cancel your subscription, go to your account settings and click "Cancel Subscription," or contact us at support@freeaiimagegenerator.top. Your remaining credits will stay active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, no further charges will be made and your credits will expire at the end of the billing period.

Termination: We may terminate or suspend your access to our service at any time for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service and any remaining credits will cease immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Generated content will meet your specific requirements
  • Any errors in the service will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreeAIImageGenerator, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service at any time for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
